Being a returnnaholic is a bad habbit that can change a customers options and can waste alot of time. A returnaholics are people who buy products and return them. This bad habit can cause a repeating problem that may cause many difficults. Some customers such as Alma Swik go outrageous and buy products without thinking twice. In the article, Alma thinks being a returnaholic isn't bad, but a benifit. Taking contol over the store policies is an advantage that should be a need, not a want. Retailers might get feed up if u keep making returns or if u return an item that has to be repacked or sold on clearence. 185 billion dollars have been used nationaly in trade last year. This overwelming number shows how much a salesperson goes out of their way to satisfy there customers. Customers shoudn't use this to their advantage and respect the privilage they are given by the retailer. Being a retailer can be hard when they have to go out of their way to satisfy theres picky or customers with habbits.

Customers love to exchange items and use store policies to their ability. This article relates to the textbook in the section "Returns and Gaurentee policies", the customers know they are promised a gaurenteed return so they don't think twice about buying something. This can effect a retailer either positively or negatively, depending on what they think of the product. If they enjoy it, its a buy! but if they dislike it, then its a loss.
My aunt is a returnoholic and she wastes a lot of time and money. Her saturday is usually shopping for more and returning more. She always worrying about making time to make returns and going out to the mall. Returnoholics can waste much of there their time like my aunt and regret it.

Treating a customer can be hard and a retailer has to go through a lot to reach satisfaction for there customer. Returnaholics abuse the return policy and make themselves feel special and take control over retailers.

Besides wasting gas or time looking around a returnaholic should drop their bad habbits and take there time at the store going over the product. Customers are taking returns to their advantage, as much as they much save gets wasted looking around and can cause you to think very hard and get a headache. Returns should only be used if the product has a problem or if its giving you a hard time. Sometimes the stores won't take the return and then the adicts can have a problem. While dealing with the return the customer might have to argue with the seller to take it and can cause you some embarasment and the next time you go to the store, they might not treat you as well. If you are making a return you might get driven to find another product and get it, without thinking twice about what you are buying. Sometimes a store might only give a store gift card that can cause you to waste money and the things in the store might not reach satisfaction of what you want. Being a returnoholic can cause many a lot of time, money, and stress. Think twice before you buy something and it will relieve you of these three dificulties that many have to face.
